Renew a PARTNER CPRM License

Prevent a lapse in access to your ecosystem account by renewing your license for another year. Here's how to renew your PARTNER CPRM license, depending on how you initial signed up and paid.

How to Renew a PARTNER CPRM Annual License

There are two ways you can renew your annual license: Online or by invoice:
  1. Pay Online: If you paid online, you are automatically set to renew one year after your initial payment date, with no further action required on your part. However, to ensure your renewal goes smoothly, we recommend checking your billing information in your billing account before your renewal date. You can also request an invoice and pay early to ensure you avoid any interruptions or gaps in access. Click here to log in to your billing account on our website to view your billing and license information.

  2. Pay by Invoice: Contact our team by email to request an invoice and pay by debit/credit card, bank transfer, money order, or check. This is required for all renewals if you originally paid by invoice. You can also ask for assistance setting up a billing account to pay online and automate your renewal in the future.
When requesting an invoice or paying online, you will need to know the following details for your license:
  1. Additional Users: Decide if you want to buy additional standard user credits ($30/mo) or read-only user credits ($5/month) to add more people to your ecosystem.
  2. Online Course: Consider purchasing our onboarding online course ($2,000) which walks through the entire process of setting up PARTNER CPRM and completing your first SNA project.
  3. Prepared Reports: If you plan to use our 19-question validated survey, you can also add-on a variety of prepared reports available from our Data Science team ($4,000-$8,000).
Your annual license will automatically renew one year from the date your payment for the same number of users unless you cancel beforehand.

To cancel your PARTNER CPRM annual license and avoid renewal fees, you can either:
  1. If you paid online: Log in to your billing account, visit your dashboard, and click "Subscriptions" to view your active license and cancel.
  2. If you paid by invoice: Email our team your cancellation request and we'll manually cancel your active license to prevent renewal.
