Create an Online Billing Account
If you originally paid by invoice, consider creating a VNL billing account to manage your payment methods and billing address, annual license, upgrade, renew, or cancel at any time. Here's how to create your own billing account and navigate it.How to Create a VNL Billing Account
- The ecosystem owner must visit www.visiblenetworklabs.com/my-account and register with their owner email address. If you use a different email address for your billing account, it will be more difficult to sync them together.
- Check your email inbox for a link to choose a secure password for your billing account.
- Return to www.visiblenetworklabs.com/my-account to log in with your credentials and add your billing address and preferred payment method.
- If forget your password in the future, click "Forgot My Password" on the registration and login page to receive a link by email to reset it.
After setting up your account, contact our team to migrate your account billing from our invoice system to the online billing system. This usually takes 24-48 business hours; our team will notify you by email once it is finished.
Once completed, you can log in to view your active or expired license information, previous payments, and upgrade or cancel your license, by clicking "My Subscription" on your billing account page.
