Ready to buy a Lite or Pro License and start using PARTNER CPRM? Here's how to buy an annual license and upgrade your ecosystem to a Lite or Pro option

How to Buy a PARTNER CPRM Annual License

There are two ways you can purchase an annual license (Lite or Pro): Online or by invoice:
  1. Pay Online: Visit our website to buy a Pro License or Lite License immediately and pay by debit/credit card or PayPal. Our team will provide onboarding materials and activate your account within 24 business hours.

    2. PARTNER CPRM Lite is coming soon - check back in January, 2025.

  2. Pay by Invoice: Contact our team by email to request an invoice and pay by debit/credit card, bank transfer, money order, or check. Once we receive payment, our team will provide onboarding materials and activate your account within 24 business hours.
When requesting an invoice or paying online, you will need to know the following details for your license:
  1. Additional Users: Decide if you want to buy additional standard user credits ($30/mo) or read-only user credits ($5/month) to add more people to your ecosystem.
  2. Online Course: Consider purchasing our onboarding online course ($2,000) which walks through the entire process of setting up PARTNER CPRM and completing your first SNA project.
  3. Prepared Reports: If you plan to use our 19-question validated survey, you can also add-on a variety of prepared reports available from our Data Science team ($4,000-$8,000).
Make sure you have created a PARTNER user account for the individual who will administer ("own") the ecosystem and share it with our team. Create additional free accounts for any users who will be added to your ecosystem.

Your annual license will automatically renew one year from the date your payment for the same number of users.

To cancel your PARTNER CPRM annual license and avoid renewal fees, you can either:
  1. If you paid online: Log in to your billing account, visit your dashboard, and click "Subscriptions" to view your active license and cancel.
  2. If you paid by invoice: Email our team your cancellation request and we'll manually cancel your active license to prevent renewal.
