Upgrade a PARTNER CPRM License

How to Upgrade a PARTNER CPRM License

There are two ways you can upgrade a license from Lite to Pro: Online or by invoice:
  1. Pay Online: If you paid online originally, you can manage your license on our website billing portal. Visit www.visiblenetworklabs.com/my-account and log in to your billing account using your credentials from when you bought your license. Then click "My Subscription" to view your active subscription. Next to "Actions" you will see options to cancel or upgrade your license. If you have cancelled your license, you will see an option to re-subscribe. Please allow 24 hours for your upgrade to take effect.

  2. Pay by Invoice: Contact our team by email to request an invoice and pay by debit/credit card, bank transfer, money order, or check. We will pro-rate your charge based on the remaining time until your license expires. Please allow 24 hours for your upgrade to take effect upon payment. 

Annual License Upgrade Pro-Rating

Your initial upgrade price is pro-rated based on the amount of time left in your annual license. 

For Example:
If there are three months are left in your annual license (25% of the year) you'll be charged 25% of the difference between your old license ($1,800) and new license ($4,000): $4,000-$1,800=$2,200 X 0.25 = $550. Then, on your regular renewal date three months later, you'll be charged for your updated license for a full year period ($4,000).

Your newly upgrade license will automatically renew on your pre-existing renewal date. To change your renewal date, please email our team before you purchase an upgrade so we can facilitate this.

Cancelling Your Annual License:

To cancel your PARTNER CPRM annual license and avoid renewal fees, you can either:
  1. If you paid online: Log in to your billing account, visit your dashboard, and click "My Subscription" to view your active license(s) and cancel.
  2. If you paid by invoice: Email our team your cancellation request and we'll manually cancel your active license to prevent renewal.
