Q: How do I send a test email?

A: We recommend adding your pilot tester(s) as members in your capture and sending them your emails manually to test them. Once they are done, you can delete them from your account to clear any of their responses and start fresh for data collection. Read this article to send an email manually.

Q: What does the %NetworkName email tag variable show?

A: The %NetworkName email tag will show the name of your capture in your email templates. Change your capture name to ensure it displays the proper organization or network name. You can also delete it and use your own specific term instead.
