This lesson shares instructions for manage your data capture email settings before you schedule emails to launch your survey.
2. Click "Manual" in the email system sub-navigation menu on the top right of the page.
3. The page that opens will show the members of your data capture available to email. Select the checkbox next to each name you want to email.
4. Click "send" on the top right of the page and select either "Introduction", "Invite", or "Reminder" email in the dropdown box.
5. Select the template of that type you want to send to your ecosystem members.
6. Review the template preview to ensure it is correct (return to the Email Template Library in your ecosystem to make edits).
Click "send" once ready to send it.
TIP: If pilot testers are not already members of your ecosystem, you must return to your ecosystem member bank and add them first. After pilot testing, you can delete their member from your ecosystem to delete their data and remove them from your network maps and data results.
