Can a respondent who's already submitted their survey re-access it and respond to skipped questions?
Yes, a PARTNER CPRM survey will remain open and accessible to respondents who have a link. If they no longer have it, you can re-copy it from the member list in that survey and send it to them to re-access the survey and respond to any missed questions.
Respondents can also change their responses to previously answered questions, however this will erase their previous responses without time stamps and is not recommended. Generally, we recommend creating a new survey to capture a new dataset to track updates and changes over time, or using a form to capture data on an ongoing basis.
