Why are my visualizations not loading in my dashboard?
A: The most common reason network maps and charts don’t load is a missing capture source for the data. Open the dashboard editor and ensure you have selected a capture for that specific visualization. If the map still does not load, try closing and clearing your internet browser cache and then re-opening and re-loading your dashboard. If you continue to have issues, check your internet connection and contact our team for troubleshooting assistance.
