What is the difference between a member profile and a respondent profile?
A member profile is the internal-facing version of the profile and the respondent profile is the external-facing version. This means there is a distributable link for the respondent profile version that you can share back with respondents. The member profile also has tabs across the top to view all survey responses, etc. which are not available in the respondent profile. To view a member profile, open a member contact card in the member library. To view or share a respondent profile, click the more options link next to a member in your capture and click "Respondent Profile."
