Using Email Template Variables

This article will explain how to use email template variables to personalize your emails for each of your ecosystem members.

How to Use Email Template Variables: Step by Step Instructions

1. Log in to your PARTNER CPRM account and open your ecosystem.

2. Click "Email Templates" on the left side of the screen, within the ecosystem navigation menu.

3. In the Email Template Library that opens, click "Add" at the top of the screen.


​4. On the page that opens, you can create an email template and add any of the following email template variables. Click a variable to copy it so you can paste it into your template.
  1. %user: Your username (this can be changed in your account settings).
  2. %FirstName: The first name of the email respondent.
  3. %LastName: The last name of the email respondent.
  4. %OrgName: The full name of the ecosystem member the respondent is associated with.
  5. %NetworkName: The capture name.
  6. %pw_reset_url: Allow the respondent to reset their PARTNER Platform password.
  7. %login_url: Allow the respondent to log into PARTNER automatically.
  8. %profile_url: Shares the respondent profile for each ecosystem member without requiring them to log in.
  9. %portal_url: An outdated profile option - No longer actively supported.
