Troubleshooting Trust and Value Score Issues

Troubleshooting Trust and Value Score Issues

Trying to view your network members' trust and value scores but not seeing them properly? Don't panic!

Trust and Value scores are calculated using data from our six PARTNER Provided Trust and Value Questions (3 for trust, 3 for value). These must be selected from the PARTNER Provided menu in your Question Library. If you create relational questions and copy the Trust and Value questions, the system will not associate them with the trust and value metrics in the Network Analyzer.

1. Did you create your own Trust and Value questions?

If you've already collected data using your own trust and value questions, instead of our PARTNER Provided options, we can help. Contact our support team for more assistance. To prevent issues in the future, ensure you use our PARTNER Provided trust and value scores in the Question Library.
