Mapping a Community Health Coalition

This simulation is designed for those with a general understanding of systems thinking and social network analysis.

We use the story of a community health coalition addressing the social determinants of health in their town to show how PARTNER CPRM and ecosystem mapping can help you demonstrate shared impact and generate strategic actions steps for collaborative improvement. The simulation allows you to explore real-world network data from the perspective of six different community members to better understand the diverse ways you can apply CPRM insights to your work.

How to Try the Simulation:

  1. First, open another window and login to your PARTNER CPRM free account. If you do not have one, you can create one by clicking "Create an Account."
