Share Respondent Profiles

Share Respondent Profiles

Sharing member profiles with your network members is a great way to give back to thank them for engaging with your survey and to build the community’s capacity for evidence-based collaboration. While member profiles are intended for PARTNER CPRM users to access and view, Respondent Profiles are specifically designed to share with each member of your ecosystem.

Here are four different ways to share your respondent profiles.

How to Share a Respondent Profile After Survey Submission

You can automatically share a respondent profile after each member completes their survey submission. This is helpful for providing an immediate incentivize for completing the survey, but does not allow you to review, clean, or edit any of the data or visualizations before they get access.
We recommend only sharing profiles after submissions if you remove any potentially sensitive findings like low trust scores, which are better discussed in a facilitated setting.
1. Open the capture you are working with and click "Questions" in the navigation menu on the right.

2. Scroll down to the bottom of the survey capture where you see the submission settings.

3. Check the box if you want respondents to be able to click the button and view their respondent profile.

4. You can optionally click "Add Logic" to show respondent profiles to a subset of respondents based on an attribute or survey response.

How to Download a Respondent Profile PDF

Follow these steps to download a respondent profile as a static PDF (great for printing out and bringing to events or meetings with partners):

1. Log in to your PARTNER CPRM account and open the capture you are working with.

2. Click "members" and then the "more options" icon to the right of the member of interest. Click "respondent profile link."

3. Click “Save PDF” at the top of the online profile.

4. Give the PDF a file name.

5. Before clicking save, try using the margin settings to align the page breaks as best as possible.
Follow these steps to share a link to access a dynamic respondent profile for a specific member of your ecosystem.

1. Log in to your PARTNER CPRM account and open the capture with the respondent you are interested in.

2. Click “Members” in the capture navigation menu and click the ‘more options’ icon to the right of the member whose profile you want to share.

3. Click “Respondent Profile Link” to copy the link to access the profile.

NOTE: This link shares the Respondent Profile, which is intended to be shared externally. This is customized separately from the Member Profile, which is internal-facing.
To send your survey respondents a member profile, you can use the built-in email templates in PARTNER CPRM. Follow these instructions.

1. Click “Email Templates” to open your email template library.

2. Click “Add” at the top of the page.

3. Create a new email template using the normal process.

4. Add a Template Variable for a Respondent Profile. This will add a link for each respondent to view and download their own profile without logging into the platform.

5. Return to your capture to send the email template manually or by scheduling it.
