Set a Reminder Threshold

PARTNER CPRM includes the ability to set a reminder threshold that limits which members receive pre-scheduled reminder emaill. For example, if you set the limit at 75%, only members who answer less than 75% of your questions will receive an email reminding them to complete and submit it. This ensures you do not overwhelm your network members with unnecessary reminders.

How to Set a Reminder Threshold

Follow these step-by-step instructions:

1. Log in to your PARTNER CPRM account.

2. Click “Captures” and click a specific capture to open it.

3. Click “Emails” in the capture menu at the top right side of the page.

4. Click “Settings” in the email sub-menu, directly below the main menu.

5. In the panel on the bottom-left, select your reminder threshold conditions.

6. Your settings save in real-time, so you can navigate away whenever you are finished.



Setting up a reminder threshold is a quick and easy way to improve response rates without overburdening your partners.
