Reset Your User Account Password

This article shares how to reset your account password if you lost or forgot it. If you believe your account has been compromised, change your password immediately and contact our team to help secure your data and account.

How to Reset Your Password: Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Visit the PARTNER CPRM login page: https://app.visiblenetworklabs.com/users/login.php

2. Below the password field, click "Forgot Your Password?"



3. On the next page, enter your email address associated with your account.

NOTE: Only use lower-case letters in your email address when resetting your password or you won't be able to click the "Reset Password" button.

4. Click "Reset Password."



5. If there is an account associated with that email, you will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
