New User Platform Tour in PARTNER CPRM

The tour launches automatically the first time a user logs into PARTNER CPRM, providing a quick overview of key areas and actions.

What the Platform Tour Covers

The tour includes a guided walk-through of:

  • Navigating the Main Menu

  • Adding questions and attributes

  • Viewing the Member Library

  • Creating and distributing a survey

  • Exploring your networks and ecosystem visuals

Each step includes helpful tooltips to explain what you’re seeing and where to go next.

How to Launch or Dismiss the Tour

  • ✅ The tour automatically appears for new users when they log in for the first time.

  • 🚫 Click “Don’t show again” to skip the tour permanently.

  • 🔄 To re-enable the tour later, go to Account Settings › Wizards › Main Menu, and toggle the setting back on.

This feature is great for onboarding new staff, interns, or community partners without needing a separate slide deck or training session.
