Dashboard & Profile Image Dimension Guidelines

Overview

In PARTNER CPRM, you have the ability to add images to text editor boxes when customizing dashboards and member profiles. Adding images can enhance your visual presentation by incorporating branded headers, section dividers, and other graphics to break up the content into clear, distinct sections. This guide provides the recommended image dimensions and instructions for adding and editing images to ensure optimal display in your dashboards and profiles.

Adding Images to Dashboards and Profiles

To add an image in a text editor box while editing a dashboard or profile:

  1. Add a Text Element: Start by inserting a text element into your dashboard or profile where you want the image to appear.

  2. Click the 'Add Image' Icon: In the text editor, locate the image icon at the top right of the styling options toolbar. Click on this icon to open the image upload dialog.

  3. Select and Upload Your Image: Choose the image you want to upload from your device. It’s best to upload the image at the size you intend to display to avoid additional editing.

  4. Edit the Size (If Needed): Once uploaded, you can adjust the image size directly in the text editor. However, to simplify the process, it’s recommended to upload the image in its final display size.

Key Image Dimensions

To ensure your images display correctly and enhance the visual appeal of your dashboards and profiles, follow these recommended dimensions:

  • 1-Column Banner:
For full-width banners that span a single column, the optimal size is 1045 pixels wide by 200 pixels tall. This dimension ensures that the banner fits perfectly across the column without stretching or shrinking.

  • 2-Column Banner:
If you’re placing a banner in one of two columns within a block, the optimal size is 500 pixels wide by 100 pixels tall. This size is ideal for maintaining visual balance and clarity in a split-column layout.

Designing Your Banners and Graphics
