Is it typical to give members access to each others' member profiles?

By default, the external-facing respondent profile will not allow members to click through to each other's profiles (this feature is turned on and off with the check box at the top of the respondent profile editor that says "Allow Profile Sharing."). Most PARTNER CPRM users don’t share access to all profiles, but do provide access to public dashboards and provide each individual’s their own profile.
