How to Create a Capture Group

Grouping your captures is a great way to keep your PARTNER ecosystem organized and find the data you are looking for more quickly. This article explains how to create a new capture group in your ecosystem.

How to Create a Capture Group

Make sure you are logged in to the correct PARTNER CPRM ecosystem before you get started. Then, follow these step-by-step instructions:

1. Click "Captures" in the ecosystem navigation menu to open your capture library.

2. Click the 'gear' icon in the top right corner of the library to manage your capture groups.


3. Enter a name for a new capture group.

4. Click "Add." The new group will show up below in the settings modal.



5. Click and drag the icon on the left of each capture to re-order them.

6. Click "OK" when finished to close the settings modal.

Once you've created a new group you can add new captures to it using the dropdown selection menu on the new capture options screen. 
At this time you can only add new captures to capture groups. We are working on releasing an update to allow you to add existing captures to new groups.
