Consent Section

On the first page of the survey, a consent statement appears before the respondent can start the survey.

  • Respondents agreeing to take the survey means they have read and understand the End User License Agreement- click here to view.
  • If the respondent declines to take the survey, they will be redirected to this Consent Declined webpage. If a respondent accidentally declines, they can follow the original survey link they received and agree to take the survey.

Name Verification

When editing the consent text, a name verification setting appears. The name verification feature is used primarily for PARTNERme projects to confirm the correct identity of the person taking the assessment by matching the initials or name to the responder ID.
