Edit a Form

Edit a Form

This article explains how to edit a network form, used to collect relationship data from other PARTNER CPRM users who are listed as members in your ecosystem.

How to Edit a Network Form

1. Open your netwtork using the form from your network library.

2. Click "Questions" at the top-right capture navigation menu to open the form builder. The form builder is much simpler than the survey builder, with fewer options for customizing and a cleaner, faster setup process (see below).

3. Edit your form using the following options:
  1. At the top of the page, select a Network Member Selection (NMS) question. A form may only use one NMS question to identify connections between members.
  2. Click "Add Question" to add another question to the form from your question library.
  3. Click "Reorder Questions" to move questions up or down in order.
  4. Click a question box to replace a question with another from your library.
  5. Click the trash icon to delete a question from your form.
All edits you make are immediately saved so you can navigate away when finished.
