Create a Table

You can create tables showing open-ended question responses in the "Charts & Tables" module of the Analyzer.

First, you need a capture with some open-ended survey data to begin analyzing.

How To Create a Table in the Analyzer: Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Once you have some responses and data, open the capture and click "Analyzer" in the capture navigation menu on the right side of the screen.

2. Click "Charts & Tables" in the analyzer menu to open the module.

3. Choose a "Table" to display open-ended survey question responses.



4. Click the drop-down menu on the left and select which open-ended question results you want to display in a table.



5. Click the small arrows next to each column header to sort the responses alphabetically.

6. Click the 'settings' icon on the left panel to open the table settings.

7. Use the settings to hide or display the question text, type, and number.

For now, we recommend saving a screenshot of your table to add to dashboards and reports.

NOTE: We are finalizing the functionality to save a table to add directly to reports and dashboards and will be releasing it in the next few months.
