Create a New Question Group

This article shares how to add a question in your question library. These can be used to create question groups and Surveys which you can send to capture relational data from the members of your ecosystem.

How to Create a Question Group

Start by logging into your PARTNER CPRM account and opening your ecosystem.

1. Click "Questions" on the left side of the screen within the ecosystem navigation menu.

2. You will be taken to your question library. Click "Add" at the top of the screen.

3. In the dropdown menu that appears, click "Add Question Group"

4. In the modal window that opens, give a name to your question group.

5. Click "Save."

6. In the window that opens, you can build out your question group - this can serve as your first survey template.

7. Start by clicking "Add Block" to add a block to your survey.

Blocks help organize your survey and can contain questions, headers, and text elements. You can also create pages within a block, which require the survey taker to click to a new page to continue, and can also contain questions, headers, and text elements. We recommend giving each block a name based on its content to help organize your dashboard.

9. Click the small pen icon next to the section title.

10. Enter a name for the section and click "Save."

11. Add a Header, text, or question to your new block by clicking an option next to "Add New"

We recommend starting with a question. Click "Question" next to 'Add New:' to choose a question from your question library.

12. Choose the type of question you want to add from your question library.

WARNING: You must add a NMS question before you add relational questions or you will produce an error message when you try taking the survey.

13. Click 'Select Question' and pick the question you want to add.

14. Click 'Add," and then "Save."

15: To add a text box with background information or additional instructions, click "Add new: Text Block."

16. Click the small "edit" icon to the right of the empty text block.

17. Add your custom text and format it as you'd like.

18. Click "Save" when finished.

19. There are several additional ways to edit and customize your question group:
  1. You can rearrange your survey and questions using pages within blocks.

  4. You can duplicate questions or delete them.
Your question group saves automatically in real-time, so you can return to your library whenever you are done.
