Assign Attributes to Members

This article shares how to assign an attribute to multiple members in your ecosystem at the same time. Follow these steps:
NOTE: You must create your custom attributes and members before you can start assigning them. You can also assign attributes to multiple members by uploading them in a spreadsheet, however you need to create the custom attributes before you download your template spreadsheet for it to work.

How to Assign an Attribute to Members: Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Login to PARTNER CPRM and open your Ecosystem.

2. On the lefthand side of the screen, click "Attributes" within the ecosystem navigation menu to open your attribute library.

3. Within the attribute library that opens, click the 'more options' icon to the right of the attribute you want to assign.



4. Double click the cell next to each member to assign that attribute to them.

5. Choose a single option for single-select attributes, and multiple options for multi-select attributes.



5. When finished, click the button that says "Return to Attributes."

Repeat this with each attribute to assign them across your ecosystem members.
