How to Add Report Templates

Introduction to Report Templates

Report templates allow you to generate automated reports within your Data Captures using pre-designed templates and components. Before creating an individual report, you will need to have data to create network maps and charts, which can be saved as a chart or map for use in a report. Examples of reports you can create include:
  1. Community Resource Inventories
  2. Network Maps with Trust & Value Highlighted
  3. Key Influencer Analysis Report
  4. Subnetwork Analysis
  5. Geographic Profiles
Once you have saved a few charts and network maps and added them to your library, you can come back to your Ecosystem to create Report Templates.

How to Add Report Templates

  1. Click “Reports” in the Ecosystem Navigation Menu on the left.
  2. Click “Add” at the top left.
  3. Give the Report a Title, Description, Authors, and Contributors.
  4. Scroll down and click “Add Report Block.”
  5. Within the Block, add elements to build out your report:
    1. Network Maps: Select a network map option from your saved visualizations.
    2. Chart: Select a chart option from your saved visualizations.
    3. Text Block: Add text with your descriptions and interpretations of your charts and maps.
  6. Click “Preview” at the top to see what the finished report looks like.
  7. The Report saves automatically as you edit.
