How to Add a User to your Ecosystem: Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Login to your account and open your ecosystem homepage
2. Click "Account" at the bottom-left side of the page to open your account settings.
3. To search for a user account to add, type in their email address in the search field at the bottom of the page.
NOTE: You must enter the full email address to see whether a user matches that info (for data/email privacy reasons).
4. Click the name of the user when it shows up below the search field.
5. Double check to ensure you selected the correct email address, as this individual will have access to view your data (depending on what settings you select).
6. If sure, click "Add New Ecosystem User."
7. Your new user will now appear in the table of ecosystem users. To change their level of access click the "Admin," "Read-Only," or "Inactive" check box.
8. To delete a user and remove them from your ecosystem, click the trash icon on the right.
If you need more admin or read-only users, contact our team to purchase additional credits to add to your annual license, pro-rated based on your current subscription cycle.
