This article shares how to add secondary contacts associated with an ecosystem member in PARTNER CPRM. You must create a new member before you can create their secondary contacts.
How to Add a New Secondary Contacts: Step-by-Step Instructions
1. First, login to PARTNER CPRM and open your ecosystem.
2. On the lefthand side of the screen, click "Members" within the ecosystem navigation menu to open your ecosystem member library.
3. Click the name of the member you wish to associate secondary contacts with to open their member card.
4. Click the edit icon in the top right.
5. Click the "Add" button at the top of the edit screen next to "Contacts."
6. Fill in contact info for the new secondary contact.
7. When finished, click "Save" or "Save & Close."
To delete a secondary contact, click the trash icon at the top right of their information.
When you return to your library and view your member card, you should see your new secondary contact under the 'contacts' tab.
