Edit an Email Template

This article will explain how to edit an email template in your email template library.

How to Edit an Email Template: Step by Step Instructions

1. Log in to your PARTNER CPRM account and open your ecosystem.

2. Click "Email Templates" on the left side of the screen, within the ecosystem navigation menu.

3. In the library that opens, click the 'more options' icon at the far right (three dots).

4. In the dropdown menu that opens, click "Edit."


4. Make any necessary edits to your email template name, subject line, body text, or variables.

5. Once done with your edits, click "Save."


When you return to your email template library, you will now be able see your email template with your edits.

To send an email using an email template, you must first create a capture.
