Start by logging in and open your ecosystem, then follow these four steps:
1. Click “Ecosystem Analyzer” in your primary navigation menu. You can also open a survey or form analyzer on the right side of the screen if you are within a specific capture.
2. Make sure you have the Network Map module open.
3. Then click the lightbulb icon in the map settings tab to the left of the screen to access the library.
4. Choose a topic of interest to read more.
5. Then select one of the four types of insights you want to explore and read further.
You can choose “see all” to view all topics and insights at once.
